The Musician and the Deaf Man
The Musician and the Deaf Man
There
was once a musician. His music was very heartfelt. When people would
hear his music, they became happy and began dancing so intensly, that
they almost passed out.
One
time, when the musician was playing and the crowd was dancing, a
stranger that was deaf walked in. He, sadly, couldn't hear the sweet
music. All he saw, was the crowd jumping up and down and he couldn't
understand what it was that they were doing. He thought to himself,
it must be none other than, these people are insane!
In
truth, had he been able to hear the euphonic sound of the music that
the musician was generating, he himself would be dancing from its
sweetness.
The
same thing is with people. Those who hear G-d's voice in everything,
are cheered up and happy. But, there are some, that are,
unfortunately, deaf, they don't hear and are therefore, sad and
sorrowful and even mock those that are happy... (a parable in the
name of the Baal Shem Tov)

HE IS...BARUCH HASHEM Author: Tammy Niemi Dingman
He is in the multi layered colors of the sunsets and in the song of birds
He is in the laughter of a baby and in the power of His words.
He is in the autumn leaves as they twist and dance around your feet,
and he is in the knots of the tzitzit as He listens to prayers under a Tallit.
He is in the roar of the waterfalls and in each drop of rain.
He is within each warming sun ray that warms your window pane.
He is sitting with the homeless on the street and right beside you with every person you are going to meet.
He is there with the EMT helping him know what to do and He is with the couple who in love says YES I DO!
He is the greatest father and He is the truest friend.
He is the beating of a heart and He is the beginning and the end.
He is there with the EMT helping him know what to do and He is with the couple who in love says YES I DO!
He is the greatest father and He is the truest friend.
He is the beating of a heart and He is the beginning and the end.

FEW BE THE WARRIORS
FEW BE THE WARRIORS By: Tammy Niemi
Few be the warriors, few be those who stand...few be those who seek HIS face instead of seeking HIS hand.
Times are filled with peril and times are filled with fear but there is the excitement that HIS return is very near.
Let us draw near to HIS most Holy throne to hear HIS heart and show HIM we are HIS own.
Let HIM find joy in our being as he speaks to us in whispers of HIS revealing.
May we be HIS friends in a land of those who curse, and may we see growing tide of evil reverse.
He is our light in a dark and fearful place, but we shall overcome by HIS blood and glory and grace.
Holy Spirit seal us till that wonderful and blessed day, when we will finally see our beautiful Savoir Yeshua Yaweh!

The Decline and Fall of Us
Our
world is spiraling into the abyss--why? The bottom line here is WE THE
CHURCH HAVE FAILED BOTH JESUS AND OUR NATIONS--PERIOD! We are only
reaping the tolerance and prayerlessness and lukewarmness we have been
indulging in for decades--Judgement is upon the church NOW and we need
to repent before we call out the LGBT and 16 other genders, Islam, and
others who offend God because guess what people, we are far more
offensive to God than those who do not know Him.
We essentially scored the goal on our own net and the church has lost its salt and impact. The evil of our day is a greater threat to us than we are to the evil of our day. Fear is in the enemy's arsenal--and we are told to fear not 365 times in scripture. Faith and Fear are combatants in our lives and thus it is time to choose sides. Fear --bowing to the word of the world-- or Faith --submitting to the word of God. Choose you this day whom you will serve. We know persecution is coming it is Biblical but where is our focus? Who's report will you believe--we will believe the report of the Lord.
Faith honours God and God honours faith. If we give into fear we make ourselves useless and impotent and thus will kill the hopes of revival--This is a time for us to repent before God--until WE REPENT the world will not repent.
Revival and the decline of a society starts with the church and this is the hard truth. Obama only has the power God allows him to have and God allows leaders to rise and fall--So the question remains is what is the word on your lips--fear-- or faith which is honouring to God--what is in your heart--looking at the speck in the world's eyes or getting rid of the plank in your own. Let us all be wrecked in intercession and repentance not wrecked by fear!
For many in the church the vote the Supreme Court made was a kick in the gut, but it is waking up the church. This is a "Dividing Season"--that is what the Lord told me. We see the dividing lines happening now. Who will compromise and who will pursue THE PRIZE? Lord knows I've taken a beating for standing with God and I take every opportunity to plant a seed of the gospel in the hearts that I encounter daily--but still it is not enough. We need to repent for ourselves and stand in the gap like Moses for the church and the nations we live in--the nations are our inheritance if we ask for them--His word says so! Let us come boldly to the Throne of Grace and not leave until we have His Heart and see His Face!

Betrayal in the Last Days...(A cry for unity)
In recent months I have been saddened and distressed by how many people I
know personally who have lost their fire, compromised the word of God,
or who have turned on me, who claim to follow Christ. I've been accused
of sins I know I have not committed, of "turning Jew", and "taking this
end time stuff to seriously". I have been surprised at the amount of
venom some Christian friends have spewed at me, when I have tried to
find out why they have "cast me out", and others have refused to even
acknowledge my attempts to reach out to reconcile.
This began happening not long after I left Bible College but it seems that I have been deemed either too radical or too sinful by people who have not shared a table with me in years. I have never walked out on a friendship nor severed ties with anyone unless they were abusive to me and refused to respect me.
However this is a sign of these end times I "take far too seriously". Betrayal and the love of many growing cold as each man or woman does what is right in their own eyes.
What would cause family members to turn on each other or brothers and sisters in the Faith to abandon or lash out at each other? IT seems unthinkable that such an event would arise where one family member might betray another, but it will happen – the Bible tells us so. But even in the Church there is going to be great treachery against one another. This is exactly the opposite of what the Lord prayed for us before He left this earth. Jesus prayed in John 17:21 “I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one…”
I have often told people that this final prayer of Jesus before He went to the Cross was His "Last Will and Testament" to His church and we have had gross negligence in not fulfilling His wishes. Denominations divide us, we have many who have a form of Godliness but deny the power of the Holy Spirit within their lives, and the truth has become offensive in this "seeker friendly" age.
It is because we are not in unity and because we deny the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit that evil and darkness is running amok, we have lost the desire and fire for holiness and deep relationship with Christ. However there is hope.
I know I speak to people here who know what it is like to travail in prayer, who know the same rejection and betrayal I have experienced, and I know there are those here who hear the Shofar blast waking the Body from slumber--this is a group with their lamps fully stocked with Oil and we are making ready for the Bridegroom. We raise the standard while the world lowers theirs and the truth has set us free. We are the intercessors, the prophets and the warriors with a mandate to serve our King and to embrace Him as our friend. We are the remnant who will stand even if our legs shake and speak truth even if our voices break.
May I encourage anyone here who has felt betrayed or hurt by family or church family to stay the course and know you are not alone. This is a dividing season where the set apart will be set up for breakthrough and an outpouring of the Spirit. Pray for those who are blind that they may see and those who refuse to hear the truth may God open their ears.
The darkness may be great but our God is greater and He will not be denied.
Covered with His blood and baptized with water and sealed with His love, every son and every daughter. We march on bended knee and pride lays prostrate as we intercede and attack hell's very gate. We are the redeemed and ransomed of the Lamb and in His Spirit united we will stand.

We are the Canucks
We are the Canucks who love our sticks and pucks, a Molson some back bacon and mudding our trucks.
We are known for our manners and for saying we're sorry but that my friends is not the end of the story.
We know what a two four is and hosers too, a Double Double and that movie Strange Brew.
Montreal Smoked meat and some poutine and bloody hell our love of hockey is crazy obscene.
The Northern Lights are wondrous sights and we can rock better than the Northern Pikes!
Saskatchewan sees the bunny hug and Newfoundlanders kiss a cod with a screech glug glug.
Beavers are noble and on coins have worth and Inuit throat singing is part of northern mirth.
Cowboys and oil are sometimes combined and SCTV has never been defined.
We rock the world with our musical gift and our comedic ability gives the world a lift.
We are more than maple syrup and leaves we are peacekeepers in lands of unease.
We are kind, gracious, and nice, a land of rugged mountains and grandiose ice.
Snowmobiles race to an ice fishing spot, and the CFL adds to summers hot.
Hockey is our religion with Don Cherry a priest in a collar and our worship a holler.
We also have a humble Ron MacLean who keeps ole Don and the nation sane.
Our national anthem is short and sweet and we are welcomed by all we meet.
Ontario has the Highway of Heroes for our fallen soldiers and with them we stand shoulder to shoulder.
We export more talent than we take in and we can humbly enjoy a win
Chris Hadfield showed we can reach the stars and we showed grace and unity in the face of SARS.
Infinite diversity in infinite combinations might be from Trek but join me for a brewski on the deck.
Anne of Green Gables, Farley Mowat, and Pierre Burton to show we are quite literary and wordsmiths too.
We are more than we appear and more than you can see, We are the Great White North from sea to shining sea.

FOR THOSE YOU LOVE ( I STAND) Poem by: Tammy Niemi
FOR THOSE YOU LOVE ( I STAND) Poem by: Tammy Niemi
I look when others refuse and turn away, and when others are silent I at least stop to pray.
I cry the tears of the mother and the child, and I feel the sting of those rejected and reviled.
I force myself to confront the self inside of me, when I view the little gods and their atrocities on TV.
I have lost sleep due to the visions in my head, of those I have seen butchered and the seas made by their blood red.
Being politically correct protects the bottom line, but it also tells us that cancer is harmless and benign.
Everyone demands the truth but so few there are that tell it, and hatred is a BDS and damn you gotta sell it.
Orange jumpsuits on a beach or striped uniforms and tattooed numbered arms should sound deafening alarms,
Souls march to a death undeserved they are the walking dead, the world watches and then tucks their children in a safe bed.
Apathy and indifference harden hearts and erect the endless fence, while the refugees flee to cities of tents.
I don't want to get involved it doesn't affect my life; don't bother me with these things I don't want to hear of strife.
These are the words that I have heard as well as deafening silence. I feel like a David in the land of many giants.
The world may ease their conscience feeling convinced that they are good, but there are those of us who do what we should.
We speak when our voices tremble and crack, we stand on legs of jello and we feel the strength leaving our back.
We feel the blows of hate filled words and the pain of betrayal, but we have humanity and that must prevail.
History will condemn us or heap upon us praise, whether we are silent or with our voices raise,
The cries out for those persecuted for their faith or murdered for it too, when you do so for the least of these you do it for Him too!
Freedom is not cheap nor is liberty free, and yet selfish ambition has taken away our humanity.
Speak out for a daughter or a brother, and cry out for the grief stricken father and mother.
We feel overwhelmed and devoid of power but this is a moment to become our finest hour.
Lock arm and arm in solidarity and do not run and hide, stand up against the darkness and against hatred's tide.
Fight for your children's future and for their fate, do not let evil win and do not hesitate.
If you don't know what to do at least contribute aid, and don't let a day go by where you haven't at least prayed.
I stand before God trying to do my best, praying and speaking out and not getting much in rest.
Although what I do will never be enough, I pray God will be pleased and say you didn't leave when it got tough.
I am not the smartest person, not strong but I have taken up the fight, because I cannot turn away I have to do what's right.
Lord please strengthen and give courage to those dying for you, forgive us Lord for we know not what we do.
May I be counted as worthy when I stand before Your throne, as I take up their persecution as though it were my own.
May my feeble attempts to be a conscience and a voice, be your heart and compassion and make your heart rejoice.
We have seen the horror of the Holocaust and genocide, in the past, and now the present, and this I cannot abide.
I am my brother and sister's keeper and with that the flame, may my life be the light that gives glory to your Name.
Yeshua You endured a battlefield for souls, defeating all of hell, may I hear the words that I have done very well.
I ran the race, I endured and I did not turn away, Father please deliver all of us from evil and in our hearts make for You a way.
For those you love I will do my best to stand, please help me to be like you and please Father hold my hand.
Please comfort and give love and rest to the persecuted tonight and may their freedom come with the morning light.

70 Years Ago...Normandy --A tribute to my Grandfathers
*Below is a poem composed by myself and I ask that you please respect my intellectual property--and attribute all of the following to me
70 years ago today my Grandfather landed on Juno Beach and into hell--
I cannot remember that day but will remember his stories well.
Heroes don't wear capes they wear dog tags and weary eyes,
Whether they fought on land or in unfriendly skies.
The ghosts that wander the beaches and hills of Normandy,
Paid an awful price for our freedom and our liberty.
So many dreams lay shattered in broken bodies in the sand,
But these valiant men would not back down until they took the land.
We owe them so much respect and unswerving gratitude on this D-Day.
They drew a line in the sand and said evil will not have it's way.
For both my Grandfathers and their comrades here and beyond the veil,
You may fade into the shadows of history but your memories will prevail.
In my heart and throughout my life I will hold you oh so dear,
For you gave me a future and a life filled with peace and not with fear.
Thank you for saddling up when it dread gripped your heart and mind
We need more men like you with courage with love fighting for those left behind.
You fought for a future of those who would remember your past.
Because of men like you we pray that peace forever will last.
When the lights go on again all over the world the song did say,
They have been burning brightly though you have gone away.
Thank you for the lights and the music and memories dear to me.
All because you answered the call and went to Normandy.

The
soul of the Irish is birthed in poetry matures in music and soars in
song light on feet that beat out the heart of Eire. The wind carries
our children and our song to foreign lands but the heart beats only for
the sod and
shide of home. We are the Irish with a history as dark as Guinness but
as creamy and light as it's head and froth of sea foam on Ireland's
shores....Imagine a world without us and this world is diminished
more--song and story ghosts of forgotten lore.

Blessed Beyond Measure By Tammy Niemi
We are blessed beyond measure.
We hold within us heavenly treasure.
We are free to worship the Son.
We can declare Him the Risen One.
Our heavens are open with no opposition.
There is not a demonic stronghold to challenge our position.
Our sins like the snows are declared white,
and we are made acceptable in His sight.
Though the winds are bitter and cut through to the marrow of bone,
so too the truth cuts through to reveal who is HIS own.
Let the redeemed see God in every kind of weather,
and let our gratitude to Him be a tether.
We must be humble and occupy this land,
we have to be ready to testify and take a stand.
We are entering a time of blessing and of open doors,
that will rise to the heights of mountains and the distant shores.
Not everyone who calls upon the Lord will hear His voice,
but now He is searching the world for those to make the bold choice.
Cast off all that hinders, and the dazzle of the world that makes us blind.
Status stagnates and the praise of men does bind.
Forms of Godliness do not compare with the truth of God that saves us from the snare.
Let us mount with wings of eagles and fly in defiance of the storm and gale and know that Yeshua our Lord will always prevail!
We hold within us heavenly treasure.
We are free to worship the Son.
We can declare Him the Risen One.

Boldly
Satan fears our boldness yet God honors it as He honors our faith--so let us then BOLDLY come before the throne of grace and claim the promises of God for our lives!
God is our preservation and our provision--and
when we seek His Heart, we will see with His eyes and catch His Vision!
For some their life is recovery, for some their life is healing, but
all in all it is HIS WILL HE is revealing!
Disciples have a
destiny and our discipline is a reasonable act of service...HIS Glory
should be our story and HIS Grace allows us to see HIS Face--Children of
the KING with HIS salvation we bring--The trappings of this world are a
trap and status causes us to stagnate.
Those who walk humbly
before their God will be exalted in due time--and the humble may come
boldly before their God because of HIS grace....Oh the glory illuminates
and new beginnings our God creates! Throw off all that hinders and
take of with hinds feet like the graceful gazelle and leap into the arms
of the Master--our Savior, savor HIM and HIS Presence--let it
transform, restore, heal, and draw you into maturity...The joy of the
Lord is your strength and may it explode in your chest like fireworks or
a supernova and illuminate your face with the shine and smile of the
love of the Father ---may you feel His joy and peace and as you draw
closer to your Creator you will become more creative.

Praise the Lord !
PRAISE THE LORD WHEN LIFE IS PATHETIC AND HE WILL MAKE YOU ENERGETIC
PRAISE THE LORD WHEN ALL IS LOST HE KNOWS IT ALL HE CARRIED IT ON THE CROSS
PRAISE THE LORD AND SEEK HIS FACE THERE YOU WILL FIND LOVE AND GRACE
BE DESPERATE FOR THE PRESENCE OF HIS SPIRIT AND HIS VOICE YOU WILL HEAR IT
CHRIST SHOULD BE THE ONLY THING WITHIN YOUR VIEW HE IS SO MINDFUL AND CONCERNED FOR YOU
THE DEVIL YOU KNOW IS ALREADY DAMNED BUT YOUR LIFE IS WRITTEN AND PLANNED
I STAND HERE IN TESTIMONY TO HIS PRESERVING POWER AND KNOW HE HEARS YOU IN YOUR DARKEST HOUR
EVERY TEAR AND SOB THAT YOU WEEP HE HOLDS CLOSE TO HIS HEART AND HE DOES KEEP
PRAY WITHOUT CEASING YOUR MIRACLE HE IS RELEASING
YOUR FAITH MOVES HIS HEART TO ACTION AND YOUR FAITH GIVES HIM SATISFACTION!

Exhorting, provoking, encouraging each
other as we pray, and praise, and seek the King and the Kingdom. This
really is the brass tacks of our faith and how we deal with others.
We who call upon Jesus not just as Savior---because He is that to all--even those who don't acknowledge Him--but those of us who have made Him Lord and Master need to knit ourselves together in the spirit, and in unifying friendship--denominations be damned. We won't be judged by doctrines but by our submission to and love of Jesus. Many will say Lord, Lord on that day but HE will say depart I don't know you. It all boils down to love--and was all about love even back in the garden.
I see so many who just "don't-get-it" in the body and have to leave them to the convictions of the Holy Spirit who is our literal life line to our Master and the Father.
I've just lived through far too much and my soul is seasoned from the battles both won and lost. I have been forgiven of much therefore I love much--I chose to get BETTER not bitter. God has finally brought me to a more restful faith--one that does not strive to perfect that which I cannot anyway. HE is the author and perfecter of our faith not ourselves lest we could boast WE have done it.
It is ALL about HIM, For HIM and IN HIM that we live and serve. There is a line in the show Babylon 5 that the Rangers use. They say "WE live for the One, we die for the One." We live for Christ in all that we do and breathe, but we all die to ourselves so THE ONE can eclipse our humanity and be seen as the bright and morning star--the GREAT I AM, and risen Savior.
In Him we live and move and have our being. Some of us have to battle and battle on, others seem to have a life of ease. For people like you and I who struggle and are enduring the trials of Job we are looked upon as being somehow sinful and out of the will of God or else why would we be suffering so---right? Such wrong thinking! God Himself said to satan "Have you considered my servant Job...." We are now a showcase to the truth and reality of Jesus in our lives--blessing and praising when we have every "right" to curse and blame.
Our households are being shaken and purified. We are somehow crazily deemed "worthy" of the trials and to share some of the sufferings of our Lord--a privilege even if it doesn't seem like it at all! Hard times and hardship drives us to God or away from Him. If we are as faithful as we can be our trials are only for a season then follows a season of restoration, and refreshing. We are also not alone---others are enduring the trials of Job and being prepared for the times ahead and perhaps for greatness.
I don't know the how's and whys. I don't understand why my life has been such a hard one but know that God has had His hand on my life even when I had no use for Him. There is just so much I don't know--but I can rest in knowing that God KNOWS, and He understands.
1 Peter 4:12-14
12Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you: 13But rejoice, inasmuch as you are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, you may be glad also with exceeding joy. 14If you be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are you; for the spirit of glory and of God rests on you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. …
Think of it WE get to share in something of Christ--His sufferings--so HIS Glory is revealed--Yeah baby bring on the revival of the latter rain! Suffer reproach for the name of Christ then we know we are in the right place because the above verse says FOR THE SPIRIT OF GLORY AND OF GOD RESTS ON YOU--CAN I GET AN AMEN!
Trials reveal the truth and truth sets us free to the Glory of God! Trials also bring out the likeness of Christ in us.
James 1:12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.
James 1: 2-4 2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
James 5:11 As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
The Lord restored Job and HE will restore us--all we have lost or had taken from us must be repaid in some way. Jeremiah 29:11 HE is our future and hope and refuge those who put their trust in HIM will NOT be ashamed!!!
Glory Hallelujah Amen ---Lord let it be so--Thank you so very much for your grace to get through our own personal hells and our own trials of Job...May our restoration testify of Your glory to our nation! Praise be to God!

Though we wax nostalgic when looking back over our lives, and those reflections may paint things in rosy hues, softening the memories giving them a "glory days" feel, I feel growing up during the 70's and 80's was a far gentler time on the children and youth of our nations. There was no cyber-bullying, no sexting, and you never heard of school shootings. Though suicides happened they did not have the epic proportions to reach our nightly news reports.
Back in those days we spent more time outside than in, riding bikes, playing with the children in our neighborhoods, having snow fun in winter, and well, with only three TV stations you only had the news to watch at 6:00PM so outside was the place to be. This said children were more fit and healthy and social skills were more natural, not being confined to Facebook and texting...we actually talked to each other, and had more face time.
People just didn't seem as busy then. I remember my parents having lawn parties where the yard was filled with grown ups around the barbeque and the kids taking over the rest of the yard, my mom stayed home so there were always other moms coming over for coffee, and you guessed it the kids ran out into the yard to play while the moms had coffee and conversation.
The only sport parents ran to get their kids in was hockey, and that was pretty much boys only back then so there wasn't a congestion of after school activities to rush to. Yes it seems we were more laid back, back in the day.
There was also a place for God to come into our schools back in a time of excess. Sure we were caught up in disco and the metal and glam bands of the era, sporting bell bottom jeans and the awful polyester, leading to the neon and virtual fashion puking of the 80's where we all dressed like circus clowns with hair bigger than Texas itself, but there was room for "The Spirit in the Sky".
Creationism was allowed air time in classes without ridicule. This is not the case now. Evolutionary theory has become a gospel to those who would much rather teach our children that they are ONLY accidents and are not meant to be here. They are just part of an evolutionary process from some insignificant beginning. There is no significance to the core of our lives, we are accidents and for some children their lives were accidents as well confirmed by their parent's confession. Is it any wonder our children are so moody and suicides are commonplace.
Whether the bully or the victim of bullying, the children involved carry a pain that is expressed both inward and outwardly. The bully wants significance, to be noticed, to feel important, to feel powerful due to lack of internal power--perhaps they are looking for the purpose of life that evolution has denied them. The victim bears the pain of, "Why me?" This why can also lead to insecurity and feeling their life has no purpose other than to be a person socially diseased, someone who does not fit in, someone who doesn't matter. This can be exacerbated when no one steps in to defend the one being bullied.
Evolution says there is no purpose in life, you just are and no one knows why.
Creationism says that your life was planned and has purpose, and thus gives you dignity.
Your life is significant, and you matter. What you do matters to other people, and the fact you exist means the Creator of the universe wanted your life to be, and yes, He does see you! There is a segment in the Bible that says "what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?" (Psalm 8:4) Think of this, there is a whole universe, a cosmos that needs to be maintained in order, there are many lives in many wonderous and desperate situations yet one man asks, "What is mankind that you have such focus on them? What about us is so attractive to you, when we can be so beautiful and brutal to each other? Why do you even care for us, take time for us?" Is it not amazing that God Himself focuses His attention upon us because we have significance and importance--we have purpose!! Not one soul alive is without a purpose, a destiny, a reason to be alive!
Not all of us achieve the destiny our lives carry, perhaps evolutionary theory has robbed us of this treasure by giving rise to defeat within our souls. Perhaps we have believed lies that we won't amount to much, or that we were not even meant to be here. Regardless of what has caused the insecurity or the lack of hope or even the lack of destiny--having a future--there is hope and your life is a wondrous event enfolding before all of creation! Underdog or top dog we have an impact on the lives around us and that will be our legacy to the world.
Jeremiah 29: 11-13 says, "11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
You will find your purpose and significance in the One who created you and planned your life from the beginning. His plans are for your good and to give you a hope and a future--and yes a purpose! Evolution is still just a theory while your life is a reality. Seeking God is to seek the original blue print for your life--the one without the scratches and revisions on it that eroded the foundations of self worth and self esteem from your being.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made and even GOD HIMSELF knit your wee form into shape within your mother's body. Oh how HE cares, and believe me you are NO accident you were born to be--you--amazing and wonderful, weird and unique! This is a reason to celebrate your life and to thank God for making you so wonderfully YOU!
Psalm 139:14
New International Version (©2011)
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
New Living Translation (©2007)
Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous--how well I know it.
Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous--how well I know it.

The Pain the Price the Sacrifice ~Poem by Tammy Niemi
Cowards always run and hide, but the heroes take a stand and look inside.
The truth it hurts while lies conceal, the truth that God would wish to reveal.
Pain is a blessing to show us what is wrong, and out of it comes a thanksgiving praise song.
Pain brings the true person to the surface to be seen by all, but the world medicates it preferring to fall.
The world has spiritual leprosy making them numb and loving complacency.
To be a disciple means to discipline the self, to give to others and increase your heavenly wealth.
To knowingly sin and cause pain in your brother is to indulge in yourself as if there were no other.
Consider the cost to follow the Christ as He was willing to pay the price,
To endure the pain of loss and separation so that we may have eternal life manifestation.
It is a hard and narrow way to follow what the Master's planned but He promised He would be there to hold our hand.
Wrong may seem so right but hold it up to the light to see, the hardest decision to make is the decision to be free!

FAILTE!! WELCOME!!
Welcome to my "snug" may it be a place where you can bring your coffee, your Guinness, your tea, or whatever you fancy drinking. Join me the Seanachai as I do what the Irish do best--spin yarns, tell tales as it were, go on about everything and nothing.
What is a snug you ask--and a seanachai well I've never heard that word before!
Firstly, a snug is a private booth in any well respected pub where intimate small gatherings may take place, or where matters of espionage, and plot may be laid.
Seanachai is an Irish storyteller and is pronounced "Shawn-Key". 'Tis something almost every Irish person is by sheer Gaeliage genetics, and something everyone else tries to acquire by kissing the Blarney Stone atop the Blarney Castle.
As you can see by the photos above, my snug is a grand size with room for a rather generous party, and the seats are plush and supple leather to make comfortable. 'Tis almost like a wee church you know with all this wondrous etched and stained glass.
If you wish, you may close the wee door as you enter, and shut the merry makers out with their boisterous laughter and shenanigans.
Before we begin our time together I'll be asking the Publican to draw me another pint of Arthur's best...and Guinness and I shall endeavor to indulge in Ireland's best past time...the talking the tales, and making grand friends.
Welcome to my wee snug, and may it be a place you wish to snuggle in, and let the world fade away into the mists and mirth of the day.
Slainte!
